PRIVACY / HACK THE FIRST AGI 1.0
Trust is part of the work.
Participant personal information is not sold. Use is limited to legitimate event administration and disclosed purposes.
09 / PERSONAL DATA
Use personal data only for disclosed event purposes, with data minimization, informed disclosure, security, confidential handling and appropriate retention. Deletion applies where legally and operationally applicable. Participant personal information is not sold.
10 / TECHNICAL ARTIFACTS
Challenge artifacts can include benchmark results, model outputs, annotations, adversarial examples, metrics, failure cases and experiment logs. Broader research or commercial use beyond competition administration must follow terms communicated to participants.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
We collect team/member profiles, contact information, professional links, application answers and confirmations. We use them to review applications, communicate decisions, issue qualifiers, manage participation and administer benefits. Submit only information all team members have agreed to provide.
ACCESS & SECURITY
Applications are kept in a private organizer Google Sheet. Operational emails are sent through the organizer’s Google account. Hosting processes requests to securely relay them to the backend. Access is limited to event administration. Private status and submission links act as access keys: do not publish or forward them outside your team.
RETENTION & REQUESTS
Information is retained only as appropriate for competition administration, reproducibility, financial records and applicable obligations. Deletion requests are considered where legally and operationally applicable.
LINKS & TECHNICAL DATA
The application collects document URLs rather than binary uploads. Linked services have their own privacy terms. No advertising analytics are installed. Basic request security uses a short-lived hashed network identifier and operational logs; applicant personal data is not intentionally written to public logs.
